The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has arrested a Cedartown man on a felony charge of possession of material depicting a minor in sexually explicit conduct.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
49-year-old Abraham Flores Galvan was in possession of a video depicting a prepubescent female with an adult male.
The video, which had an Arabic watermark, was found on Galvan’s phone on Ball Drive on February 8.
