It will be a relatively light agenda for Rome City Commissioners when they meet Monday night.
Four items from the Rome-Floyd County Planning Commission are slated for first reading with a final vote during the city commission’s next meeting.
The commission will read proclamations for National Community Development Week, National Fair Housing Month, and Sexual Assault Awareness Month and hear from residents of the Chulio Hills community who continue to lobby for city sewer service.
The commission will also hear about recycling center deficit invoices for December during the meeting which starts at 6:30 p.m. at Rome City Hall. The caucus starts at 5 p.m. in the Sam King Room.
