Floyd County Jail Records –
A 29-year-old inmate at the Floyd County Jail has received multiple additional charges after an incident occurred in which he attacked jail officers. According to Floyd County Jail Records Ernesto Bail Perez of a Coleman Drive Calhoun address allegedly kicked a jail officer (injuring his wrist), and also bit another officer on the hand. Jail reports also state that Perez spit on another officer while making death threats. Perez is being charged with 2 counts of battery, 4 counts of felony obstruction of law enforcement, Simple battery, 2 counts of terroristic threats and acts, unlawful acts in a penal institution, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
