A 30-year-old New Jersey man was arrested at a location on Government Plaza on Friday by the Floyd County Police Department and is being charged with armed robbery. According to Floyd County Jail Records, Terrence Lee Shellhas of a California Avenue Williamstown address allegedly robbed a victim at gunpoint on Georgia Avenue in Cave Spring on December 15th around 1:30 AM. Police stated that another suspect helped Shellhas steal the victim’s property.
