A 31-year-old Rome man was arrested by the Rome Police Department after a traffic stop on Turner McCall Blvd. According to Floyd County Jail Records, Kalaab Rashad Ware of a Wadsworth Street address was allegedly stopped by police for a headlight violation. After a search of the vehicle, officers found a handgun and also marijuana. Ware is being charged with felony probation violation, driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license, possession of marijuana, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
