A teenager has been arrested on a felony warrant charging him with 2nd-degree criminal damage to property.
According to the warrant, 17-year old Jesse Sam Mazzo of Rome caused approximately $1,200 in damage by driving in circles on the grass at Etowah Park on Kingston Highway.
The incident occurred on January 29, according to the warrant.
