FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A Silver Creek man was arrested Saturday after he threatened a woman before picking the lock on the residence on Old Rockmart Road.
According to Floyd County Jail records, 36-year old Joshua Ryan Tobias Spain entered the home, armed with a steak knife.
He then stood behind the victim before she could push him away, causing him to drop the knife.
Spain was charged with aggravated assault.
