The Floyd County Board of Elections will hold its first meeting as a five-member board on Tuesday.
The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. in the Community Room of the County Administration Building on East 4th Avenue.
The meeting is open to the public.
The board is expected to discuss rules, regulations, and by-laws; the status of the move of the elections office to the health department; the 2022 election calendar; potential voting locations; a new West Rome precinct, and early voting locations.
The board is expected to appoint a vice-chair and consider a resolution regarding an Education SPLOST vote in May.
