Due to the latest COVID-19 variant, as well as increased flu and stomach virus cases, Rome City Schools will require masks for all faculty, staff, and students this week.
While Rome City Schools is requiring masks for the first week back, RCS remains in Phase 1 of the COVID-19 three-phase plan.
The school system will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates.
