FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A Rome woman was arrested on an aggravated assault charge following an incident at her home on Ladell Road Sunday evening.
According to Floyd County Jail records, 66-year old Clara Terhune put her arm around the victim’s neck and then grabbed the man’s chain, wrapping it around her hand in an attempt to choke him.
Terhune also threw a flashlight at the victim, leaving a small cut under his left eye.
Terhune was additionally charged with simple battery.
