ROME POLICE REPORT
Rome Police are investigating the theft of catalytic converters from two government vehicles on Avenue B.
According to the incident report, someone went onto the Rome Housing Authority property sometime between 5 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. on Monday and took the catalytic converters.
The complainant said he would look through the security video from the parking lot in an attempt to identify the culprit.
It is estimated the damage to the vehicles will cost around $2,000 to repair.
