A 22-year old Rome man is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after police say he stole from a disabled person.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Joshua Tylor Huie took the victim’s cell phone.
He also used the victim’s debit/credit card to withdraw more than $465 from ATMs.
Huie is charged with theft by taking forgery of a financial transaction card, financial transaction card theft, and exploitation of a disabled adult.
