A Silver Creek woman is accused of knifing a vehicle during a confrontation with another driver back on June 18 at a location on Spur 101 at Jack Street.
According to the arrest warrants, 25-year old Jasmine Taylor Biles leaned out of her vehicle and used the knife blade to scratch the victim’s vehicle on the rear door on the driver’s side.
A 4-year old child was sitting in a car seat near the door that was scratched.
Another child was also in the back seat.
The warrant states the victim drove off when she saw the knife.
Biles is charged with criminal damage to property, simple assault, and 2rd-degree cruelty to children.
