Online Registration is Now Available for New FCS Students

June 23rd, 2021 – 3:20 PM

Floyd County Schools –

Registration for students new to Floyd County Schools (FCS) is now available. That includes new kindergarten students.

FCS is preparing to welcome students for the start of the 2021-2022 school year. FCS educators are looking forward to meeting all their new students, including yours. So, don’t delay! Register your students who are new to FCS by completing the two step-process, starting with online registration. Online registration allows the enrolling adult to register all students in their family at one time.

Enrolling adults who already have a current FCS student will need to use their PowerSchool Parent Portal to register additional new students. If you are a parent with students currently enrolled in the school system and do not have access to your PowerSchool Parent Portal, contact your local school after July 26, 2021, to obtain your login information.

All current FCS students should have already completed online enrollment for this upcoming school year by the end of May.

Online Registration is specifically for New Out of District Students (students not enrolled in FCS and living outside of FCS District but within the State of Georgia) AND/OR New Residents (new students who have moved into the FCS district, including upcoming kindergarteners who were not previously screened and enrolled while in Pre-K).

What Families Need for New Student Registration:

STEP 1- Enrolling adult must complete the New Student Online Registration Form HERE
