The Rome City Board of Education has approved a decision matrix for handling potential COVID-19 situations when school is back in session.
The matrix addresses a number of scenarios from no exposure at all to a positive COVID-19 test.
It then lists student, staff, school, and district actions for each scenario.
The Rome City School System is set to begin the 2020-2021 School Year on August 13.
