Adam Jeffery McElyea of Mountain Ridge SE, Acworth was booked into the Bartow County Jail on December 23rd, 2019.

He entered the plea before Judge Suzanne Smith Tuesday.  According to reports, the case came to light during a cyberporn investigation.

The images of children engaging in various sex acts were from a Google account.

While he can have no contact with children, McElyea plans to petition the court to receive photos of his three children from their mothers.
