(Via WBHF Radio) Early Friday morning, Bartow County Sheriff’s Deputies and Investigators were dispatched to 100 Evergreen Trail, Apt C, Cartersville in reference to shots fired, and a vehicle fire call.
Deputies discovered one of the homeowner’s vehicle had been shot multiple times and their other vehicle’s interior had been set on fire. The incident occurred just after 5 a.m.
At this time in the investigation, it is not believed this was a random act. No one was injured in this incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division at 770-382-5050 ext. 6025.
