Floyd County Board of Commissioners Press Release –
Due to phone lines being down at the courthouse/judicial center, for Monday, December 9, 2019, Jurors 1-110 will need to report as instructed on your summons to the jury assembly room #308, located on the 3rd floor of the new courthouse, Tribune Street between the Historic Courthouse and The Forum. Jurors should be in the assembly room before 8:30AM, allowing time to be checked through security.
Parking is available on the 2nd through 4th levels of the Law Enforcement Center parking deck located between 5th and 6th Avenue. Parking pass is located on the jury summons, and should be placed on the dashboard.
All other jurors will be excused for Monday only. Please call back Monday evening for instructions for Tuesday.
