FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 37-year old Rome man was jailed Tuesday on felony counts of theft by taking a motor vehicle, fleeing or attempting to elude police and 2nd-degree criminal damage to property.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Christopher Lee Tucker of a Bollen Court address took another man’s vehicle without permission and then caused more than $500 in damage to it.
He then reportedly failed to stop for police on Maple Road in Lindale while driving recklessly.
Tucker is also charged with misdemeanor counts of obstruction of officers, too fast for conditions and reckless driving.
