Sales Position

Rome Radio Partners, LLC is looking to add to our Sales Team in an outside Sales Position. Previous Radio Sales experience is required. The best candidates for these openings are assertive, and confident individuals with medium/major market sales background. The ability to sell “direct” is a must. Knowledge of North Metro Atlanta counties would be helpful. A willingness to listen to clients and discover their business needs is an absolute must. ROI selling, and the ability to develop conceptual ideas is an integral part of this job. Knowledge of Digital Platform selling is helpful in this position.

Candidates must be proficient in PowerPoint, and Excel.

Board Op/Remote Tech Assistant

Ability to assist and coordinate with Programming, Marketing and Promotions and other department members. Duties related to production and on air board operations. Ability to assist with set-up and execution of assigned station events, remotes and station appearances; maintain station promotion and remote equipment within departments; Ability to be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of equipment and computers.
Flexible availability hours. Willing to work weekdays and weekends. (Morning, afternoon, and nights)
Outgoing individual people person, interacts well with public/listeners
Reliable and on time. Work well individually or in a group. Must have good driving record.
